Meet Koa Schumann

Born in Scottsbluff and rooted in Northern Colorado for more than 31years, I've built my life around community, connection, and helping people find the place they're meant to call home. My career began with TheGroup in 2019 as a pod assistant, followed by becoming a personal assistant in 2020 and a licensed real estate agent in 2022. Before real estate, I worked as a paralegal specializing in estate planning and personal injury, where I developed the problem solving, negotiation, empathy, and integrity that now guide my work with clients.

With decades of experience living in Northern Colorado, I offer deep insight into the local market and love playing matchmaker. Listening to each client's story and helping them reach their individual goals with clarity and confidence I live in Berthoud with my husband, Brad, and our two children, Kasyn and Bodhi. Outside of real estate, I enjoy watching my kids play sports and staying active outdoors through hiking, running, paddle boarding, camping, and golfing. I also love being social connecting with friends, supporting local events, and staying involved in the community through youth coaching and volunteer work with Be the Gift Foundation and Habitat for Humanity.
