Meet Jason Filler

I grew up in Staples, Minnesota, spent time living in Hawaii, and moved to Fort Collins in 1991. After more than 31 years of living in Fort Collins and Loveland, I’ve become deeply connected with the Northern Colorado community and truly enjoy helping others find their dream home here.

Before beginning my real estate career with The Group in 2017, I worked in the tech industry, including roles at Hewlett-Packard and later as a cyber security and IT systems engineer for Platte River Power Authority. That experience prepared me to navigate the complexities of real estate with precision, problem‑solving, and a strong attention to detail. Clients describe me as professional, compassionate, motivated, personable, persistent, honest, diligent, and reliable. With more than three decades of experience living and working in Northern Colorado, I’m knowledgeable about the ins and outs of the local market. Above all, serving others is my motto — both personally and professionally.

I live in Loveland with my wife, Becky, and our children: Adam, Ryan, Cody, Noah, Ana, Cullen, and Aiden. I’m also a proud grandfather to my grandson, Parker. In my free time, I enjoy hiking in the mountains, fishing, boating, Jeeping, and spending time with my family.

My wife and I previously served as foster and kinship caregivers in Larimer County, and during that time our family was honored with the 2015 Foster Family of the Year Award and the 2015 Kinship Family of the Year Award. We remain passionate about supporting children and families in our community and continue to stay involved with organizations such as Realities for Children, United Way, Be The Gift, Foundations Church, the Berthoud Chamber of Commerce, the Windsor Chamber of Commerce, and Group Gives.

Since 2020, I have been recognized annually among the Top 1% of Real Estate Agents in Colorado and nationwide by RealTrends, a reflection of my commitment to exceptional service, market expertise, and client success.
